Our rich Vanilla ice cream is made with the finest Madagascan Vanilla pods; milk and cream from the foothills of Dartmoor, eggs and sugar; the traditional ingredients of a creme anglaise.
This produces a full and creamy texture which conveys the rounded vanilla flavour enhanced by infusions of coffee, citrus and spice.
For allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold. We use nuts in some of our products, we also buy from suppliers who may process nuts on their premises. We are careful to keep our products separate in our manufacturing processes, however our products could come into contact with other ingredients used on our premises.
