Milk, cream ( milk), sugar, dextrose, egg, dried milk, rum soaked sultanas (4%), rum syrup (2%) ( rum, sugar), stabiliser (locust bean gum E410, guar gum E412, carrageenan E407, emulsifier (mono- & diglycerides of fatty acids E471).
